- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely. We recommend trackable shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without delivery verification.
4. Refund Timeline
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
